No previous knowledge of ciphers—or the Constitution—is needed.

The included Code Cracker Key shows children how numbers correspond to letters:

1 = A • 2 = B • 3 = C...

Read the historical message aloud, then let your child use the key to translate the coded numbers one letter at a time.

Once they've cracked the missing word, there's one more secret:
